Details:
Louise has most of her hair covered up by her hat. I took advantage of this by giving her a Old Rockstar look by leaving the top part of her head bald since it would be covered anyway. I gave her one long layer in the back, which I then parted into Pig Tails, stitching a small piece of Yellow Felt into a ring around the felt to keep the Pig Tail in place.
Her bangs DO show through the hat, so I made sure, similarly to Linda, she had a little half circle of hair peeking through the hat. Finally, we add her eyelashes, and shes done!

Hi I would just like to ask for help on part 6 of the dress. Doing 3 sc, inc in 24 stitches only equals to 30. Please let me know if its correct or mistyped. Thanks 🥺
