HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU?
There are a few ways you can get into contact with us to get a quote for an order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all items here are made-to-order. Most items will be made and shipped within two to five business days of receipt of order and payment. Larger and more detailed projects take an extra week or two depending on size and complexity. If you contact us for a quote we would be happy to give you an estimated ETA based on your project.

Unfortunately at this time, we have only mastered the crochet skill. However in the future we are hoping to branch out to both areas of expertise so keep checking back for future projects.

We're always open to new ideas and projects in the crafting realm. We specialize in crochet items, but we've also been known to do cross stitching, clay crochet hook handles, perler bead items and on occasion stickers. Contact us with your ideas and we can talk details.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card!

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 3-6 business days of receipt of payment. For more time consuming hand-made items (such as hand woven crafts) refer to the ETA on the item listing. For all other crafts, if for some reason this can not be done, We will contact you and let you know.
If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the item and ship to location.
Items are shipped via USPS in a flat-rate box or bubble mailer. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 10 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of custom orders.
We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do whatever we can to work with you to sort out any issues!
Return the item in original condition, and we will refund the full price on receiving it back (excluding custom orders and rings in accordance with the information below). Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.
Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present. Hopefully you will, as we see these small imperfections as a part of what makes the item truly unique & personally hand made just for you. After all to err is human!
